Return Policy
Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied
with your purchase, simply return it within 15 days of receipt for an
exchange, or refund of the purchase amount, less the shipping & handling
charges. After 15 days, we'll be happy to send a merchandise credit certificate
good toward a future purchase, less the shipping & handling charges.
For return credits for items purchased within 15 days of receipt, please
allow 3-4 weeks for your refund or charge card credit, we'll issue a
credit to your original method of payment less shipping & handling
charges. For credit card orders, please allow 1-2 billing statements

Order Totals & Backorder Charges
The order total on your checkout page includes all items ordered, shipping & handling
and any taxes charged. Sometimes the invoice total included in your package
may vary if an item becomes unavailable. Shipping & handling and taxes
charged to you will be adjusted according to the new order total. If an
item is backordered, the charge for that (or those) items, including any
shipping & handling charges not applied to the original shipment and
any taxes won't be charged to your account until the backordered item(s)
ships.
